Shipping:
At the present time, SoSporty.com only ships to the Continental U.S. 48 states., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands.  Standard Shipping is valid to US contingent 48 states.   We offer free standard shipping for orders’ net total (after discounts) over $125 and valid only for U.S. 48 contingent states

Note: So Sporty will ship out most orders within a day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays).  Orders shipped outside of 48 contingent states cannot be expedited. 

Returns:
We are sure you will love our products but if for any reason, the product is not to your liking, you may return or exchange unwashed, unworn and unaltered merchandise or defective merchandise purchased from sosporty.com within 21 days from delivery date.  All labels and hangtags must be attached to the garment and proof of payment must accompany the garment(s) at time of return. All garments are subject to inspection. Shipping costs are not refunded.  Please be sure that your package is insured and prepaid. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.

If you need to return an item, please fill out the return form enclosed in your shipment.  We recommend that you return/exchange garment(s) in a package with a tracking number.  We are not responsible for lost returns/exchanges in the mail. With your exchange include a letter stating reason for exchange and what you would like to exchange for.  We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund request result once we've received and processed the returned item.
